1. General Principle
Our services are digital and are delivered instantly once a token is redeemed and consumed. Because each AI reading incurs immediate computation and model costs, refunds are granted only in clearly defined circumstances described below.
2. Consumed AI Answers Are Non-Refundable
Any token that has been redeemed and fully consumed (an answer or report was successfully delivered) cannot be refunded. This also applies where you later change your mind, or where the answer did not match expectations despite being delivered correctly.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund is available within 7 days of payment when: (a) a duplicate payment was charged for the same order, or (b) a technical failure occurred in which money was debited but no token, receipt or service was received. Requests must include the payment transaction id (or order id) so we can verify the case.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds are not available for: change of mind after delivery, partially used credit packs, tokens expired due to non-use within the validity period, or answers that are technically correct but subjectively unsatisfactory. Guardrail refusals (questions we cannot answer) do not consume a token and therefore do not require refunds.
5. Token Validity and Expiry
Tokens are normally valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Unused tokens that expire after this period are forfeited and are not refundable. The expiry date is shown to you at the time of purchase and in your token delivery message.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email angirajyotish@gmail.com with your payment transaction id (or order id), the registered email or phone number, and a short description of the issue. We will acknowledge the request within 3 business days and inform you of the eligibility decision.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated promptly and typically reflect in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank and the payment gateway. If a refund does not appear within this window, contact us with the refund reference we provide.
