We treat birth details as sensitive personal data. Birth data is stored securely, is never sold, and is never disclosed to third parties except where strictly required to deliver a service you have requested or to comply with law.

Personal data is processed only with your consent. When you create a kundli, redeem a token or place an order, you consent to the processing of the data you provide for the purposes described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
4. Purpose Limitation
Your data is used strictly for: computing charts and astrological results, delivering AI answers and reports, processing payments, providing customer support, and preventing fraud or misuse. We do not use your data for unrelated profiling or advertising.
5. Data Sharing
We never sell your data. Limited sharing occurs only with: payment gateways (to process your transaction), email/WhatsApp delivery providers (to deliver receipts and tokens, if you opt in), and AI model providers that process chart-derived inputs solely to generate your answer. All such providers are engaged under confidentiality expectations.
6. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical safeguards: encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted storage of payment credentials and API keys, role-based access for any administrative function, and audit logging of sensitive operations. No method of transmission is fully secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
7. Your Rights: Access, Correction and Deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, including saved kundlis and chat history, at any time by writing to angirajyotish@gmail.com. We will acknowledge the request promptly and complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to statutory retention obligations.
8. Cookies and Analytics
We use first-party session cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. Privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics may be used to understand usage patterns; no individual user is profiled for advertising.
9. Retention
We retain account and service data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, plus any period required by law. Data of deleted accounts is removed or irreversibly anonymised after a short grace window, unless retention is legally required.
